The contrast amuses me that these freedom-fighter editors use a tiny, one-second arrow to indicate the point of interest in the video, whereas in TV-saturated land we feel the need to use a giant arrow or even circle the whole thing in red. I have seen the tiny arrow used in other conflict videos. I like it better.

If the tank isnt where he shot it, then the tank was not killed. For the tank to be removed from the area means that if it were destroyed then a recovery crew would have had to remove it which is low priority in a combat zone. So it is most likely damaged and left under its own power. That would be referred to as a Mission Kill, as it prevents the tank from conducting its mission.
