Used to fry chicken wings in a big turkey fryer, back when five gallons of peanut oil was only $20 instead of $50.

$34 for a 12pc bucket of chiggums without the sides. and its true, its been shit for at least twenty years. I prefer homemade. Real southern fried chiggums.

Publix has pretty good fried chicken. Gotta be careful though, they make it out the chicken that's about to go out of date.

There's a small local place that's been there for at least 20 years that's fuckin great though. Line down the street every day at lunch and dinner time. Best damn chicken ever. It's a really White area, so everyone is pretty cool with waiting since they're quick and efficient. I don't know what they're called, and I just forgot where it is. Fuck you, it's still a long line.

Does not surprise me at all. Best way to reduce spoilage if you can cook and serve it.

Probably harder to do that for rotisserie though. Should see if I can order three or four ahead of time or if its first come, first served.

Yeah, I just spent a day hating life because I ate some leftover fried chicken from Publix. My own damn fault. I went out and tied one on with the wife and I couldn't resist the lure of cold fried chicken.
