Possibly, but currently lacks his degenerative wealth mannerisms. I.E. A degenerate (obviously), pompous, superiority complex (which is driven by an inferiority complex), and an inability to argue properly which leads to him crying about users being "nonsense posters".
It's very obvious once you know what to look for.
It still could be him if you have some other information, but it would mean he has taken on an entirely new persona, at least with the few comments he's posted.
