I can see property taxes and income taxes going up, but they can't impose an exit tax. That would be unconstitutional on its face.

They'll rename it to something else. The article really points to the NY CRE collapsing, which will force NY to increase taxes on everyone else to prop up kikes stealing

Sorta. It's just demanding up front taxes on the capital gains from the sale. Money that NJ would get eventually, anyway. Cause NJ is a tax insane shit hole.
