Only if it causes harm to you in an empirical sense, and if it's clear that no one could reasonably believe the allegations.
Given your account is functionally anonymous, you cannot be harmed by anything I say about it. Likewise, given you post history, behavior, and mannerisms are equivalent to TrumpMan's, the allegations are reasonable even if they ended up being incorrect. Which is further proven by other users coming to the same conclusion.

So, you can try, you'll be laughed out by a judge and everyone will know you as the glownigger that sued another user because said user pointed out what everyone could see.
