They do usually have minimum requirements for income, education, etc., and from there the discretion of the meother comes in so you are competing with other men that pass the standards. I looked into it once and it can be pretty rigorous. Good luck though, I hope half the county ends up looking like you. If you're going to do it, look into mens reproductive health. Bloodflow, essential nutrients, healthy DNA, etc.

The problem with me is I would feel financially obligated toward any child that resulted from it regardless of law or any agreements. I don't have children I don't at least have an eye on to see they are doing alright.
