i agree when andrew came by in 1992 it destroyed everything on its path, the trees were without leaves am talking about those trees that stood the hurricane. because as much as 85 percent were down.

And after landfall, it just petered out. I live in Florida and hurricanes don't just fade away.

Once while travelling in Kentucky, a Florida storm blew thru, making us seek shelter in Kentucky for a day. Cat 2 storm I recall.

Mexican storm story is bogus.
