Yeah it's not all bs .. toilet paper has gotten smaller, thus rolls have a bigger center hole while individual issues that were a standard 4.5in by 4.5in are now a lot shorter and narrower, adding up to a 25 per cent decrease in surface area and making a little extra profit for places such as Procter & Gamble.
