Get your ass down to Mexico. Walk back across the border, you'll get free money, free health care, transported to the city of your choice, and put up in a fancy hotel.

You cant beat the money printer, this is what happens when one side has unlimited money, and is (((competing))) against the average homebuyer

As a rich person, work harder is possibly the dumbest fucking advice you can ever receive.

Your time for yourself is very important.

Do the least you possibly can and spend time figuring out how to do less.

If you have skills or knowledge spend some of that on yourself.

It's better to work and camp in the woods then work and pay rent.

Everyone pays rent. To the Bank, or the Government or Some Dude.

Rent to a landlord is a bad choice.

This is satire right?

As a rich person, work harder is possibly the dumbest fucking advice you can ever receive

you should listen to people doing better than you.

Your time for yourself is very important

at what phase of life? as a young man no, your time is least important. Work as much OT as you can your "boomer" self will thank you

Do the least you possibly can and spend time figuring out how to do less.

lol

If you have skills or knowledge spend some of that on yourself.

we agree

It's better to work and camp in the woods then work and pay rent

do you own the woods you are homesteading in? How did you pay for them? Are you squatting? Rent is supposed to be temporary for young people, if you are still paying rent in your 30's your either incredibly lazy or retarded. Life is easy if you have half a brain and can use half your back.

Your time as a young person is most valuable and has the highest opportunity costs. Consider the law of diminishing marginal utility. Some one young and healthy has more capacity to enjoy an opportunity. Would you rather win the lottery when you are young or a centennial?

The skills you have obtained at that point may be of low value in trade.

Your skills are not your time. Work harder is doing more of the same, and with more energy. If you have low compensation for your time and energy it is about the same as if you traded less. When you give more of your time in a trade to a job, it is of diminishing value and compensation. You never get your youth back, an hour later is not equivalent to an hour earlier.

In a normal economy some people would take a loan on a property with a low interest rate and have renters covering the loan. Then one has time to consider how to make more doing less.

Read Rich dad poor Dad, take it from a billionaire.

If you check your taxes on OT, you'll see your are still getting fucked

Most boomers have info that worked in a cheap oil economy. They were carried along on a wave of oil and far fewer people.

If you are paying rent to a landlord, they are just going to drain you. The average house takes 4 years income whereas for boomers it was about 1.9 years.

So it's very important to keep your expenses low or offload them.

voat is not this fucking stupid.

if you believe that household income from 1985 to 2011 only rose 15% you're fucking retarded.

avg hh income in 1985 was about 24k. avg hh income in 2011 was 50k. That's about 110%. That lines up pretty close to the 115% with the rent metric. Boomers aren't to blame for millennial gullibility, just cause smash mouth is playing over a graph doesn't mean its true. Blame jews for you life failures, not your grandparents.

Considering the private sector typically gives a 1% pay rise bi-annum, it is probably an overly generous estimate.

Without reservation, property prices here were averaging $260,000AUD in 1985, and $535,000AUD in 2011; $1.5M AUD in 2023.

If you believe the sheer cost of everything, from utilities, food, fuel and especially housing didn't far outgrow wages, then you are one retarded boomer.

great then post that info, not the the completely farcical graph you posted. You don't get to post outrageous lies then fall back to "yea but I think I was kinda right in a certain way if you look at it differently."

I bought my house in 2011, it has not tripled in value. It is up about 50%.

Wooosh!

[ - ] IsraelRespecter -1 points 6 monthsOct 26, 2023 13:36:45 ago (+1/-2)

Cry you cuck. You still see people buying up most homes still. There is almost nothing for sale these days! So that means people just aren't broke losers like you guys.
