A cat's brain has the capacity to react to any stimulus within only 20–70 milliseconds.
The average snake's reaction time is 44-70 milliseconds.
The first visual-cortical ERPs of dogs have been detected at about 75–100 ms, however they have better detection to stimulus in of 1 diopter visually, while humans can detect about 10-20 diopters measured in frames.
The ballpark for human reaction time is approximately 200 ms.

It means dogs can detect faster frames but cant react as quick as a cat, the poor furry fucker is getting some serious IRL lag. Its reaction comparative to a human is still approximately twice as fast.
