Any of these work. Electrical engineering in the private sector is also lucrative. No need to get the government scraps.

That plan makes me sick. Basically going above and beyond, not being satisfied with $109K, or $120K if you picked the other options, just to become a parasite.

Trade school, don't take out more loans than nessicary to cover costs.

16k for my associates and after 5 years I was doing electrical engineering work along with programming PLCs. Now I have a homestead and a small company that build automation for industrial plants. I have multiple people working for me in multiple states, I work maybe 2 months out the year. I could work more/less but I like the stride I've struck.

My employees get paid $25 minimum.

My point is, you don't need a 4 year degree if you can read and understand the books on your own.

Any. Preferably a Bachelors. Just to get through the filters. Let this be the baseline.

Of course, you can always start your own business. Just make sure it is scalable.
