A point to bring up not so much in the "subconscious" so to say, but I have memories of audio being intrusive on dreams. Not really influencing the dream but being distinct and memorable as having been headreams rate. The dreamstate.
The Gateway tapes are also proof evident on audio being capable of causing "hemisync" on the brainwaves.
Read Robert Monroe's 3 books about dreams/Astral projection and their connection to hemisync if you wish to learn more. (He developed The Gateway Tapes)
It's a logical model for how our brains work. It may represent some set of functions.
Ever drive somewhere and space out for awhile and then become alert again? You weren't paying attention yet you didn't hit anything, so who was driving?
Or sit in a chair with your elbows bet and hands in front of you facing on another, imagine them feeling magnetic, how it would feel if they were being pulled strongly together. You didn't consciously move them.
If you play audio it probably trains your neural nets. Making you better able to learn related information.
Some ascribe to the idea the subconscious generates many combinations of results including nonsensical ones.
A filter function allows useful thoughts to intrude into the aware part of your mind.
It's though the mad have an issue with the filter allowing many nonsensical intrusive thoughts. Hence they often repeat a phrase to blockout intrusive thoughts.
It may not be a helpful practice to play audio at night, it may be more helpful to rest and let your mind process, preserve and organize information of the day. It might be useful to perform or read about such experiments.
Oh you can't because it doesn't exist. Its a jewish invention. Odd too coming from a group that claims they remember every single detail of the holohoho. However, it does give control any idiot in the social science industry. "It happened, you just don't remember so YOU NEED ME".
Your brain records everything. It's up to you to notate that everything on a moving screen is fake.
Electrical connections are made between synapses that record everything. Unimportant stuff doesn't get the juice, and become like a really dim bulb. Everyone's brains are full of micrcosmically small dim bulbs
Your first memory was probably of something startling or highly unusual, so it got more electricity. Whenever you recalled that memory it got more charge. "I used to remember, now I forget". In their late teens and early twenties most can recall all the names of their teachers. As they get older three's no reason to keep those connections charged and they're forgotten. Still there, but not worth the glucose (sugar) or other resources.
