At least in California, this is exactly the reason why they don't allow low powered vehicles on highways and especially freeways. You'll never see a golf cart, motorized scooter, mo-ped, and ESPECIALLY bicycles on highways. It's because they DON'T FUCKING BELONG THERE.

I really hate aggressive bicyclists who don't know their place.

Even here in the south where everyone with an acre or more has a golf cart I’ve never seen one on the road no less a highway. Occasionally an ATV on town roads but they can haul ass so it’s not a problem.

I think I overstated it when I said I "knew" Davis. About 20 years ago, I was helping my mother move. She originally had it in her mind that Sacramento would be a good place to live, but when we got there to look around, she changed her mind and said Davis might be better. I was living in San Jose at the time, but right now, I'm in SoCal.
