Entirely dependent on the codec used. MP4 is a container, not a codec. Webm uses VP8/9 and MP4 is usually h.264 or h.265. A short MP4 is a few megabytes at most depending on resolution. You don't need to download it. Thats bullshit. Mp4/h.264 is universally supported and cannot be exploited for surveillance by jewgle unlike webm. If file size is so important to you h.265 mp4 is a higher compression ratio on par with VP8/9. Dumb nigger kike.
