Why isn't it illegal under anti-discrimination laws? Can we file lawsuits to stop censorship over political views? Can congress pass bills to stop internet from censoring?
This is more along the lines of preventing democracy. It's not really "discrimination".
In a true democracy, the people vote on everything, and every viewpoint and option is allowed. But by saying that you can vote, but you can only vote for Option 1 or Option 2, without allowing Option 3 - That is denying democracy.
For example - Political party #1 says - "We'll ban all abortions." Political party #2 says - "We'll ban all abortions except for rape cases." Political party #3 says - "We'll make abortions legal."
To say that political party #3 can't exist, and people can only vote for #1 or #2 - That is anti-democracy.
Saying that a White Nationalist party can't exist because it's racist and evil - That is no different than saying a pro-abortion party can't exist because it's murderers and evil.
It's called creed and it is illegal to discriminate based on creed but the hate speech laws they pass bypasses the real law and over time they have redefined creed.
My first day of work, at my current job. Management fired, and walked someone out. Was told it was because he mentioned to people that he "used" to be a white supremacist (their words not mine). Found out they were waiting over a month to fire him until they hired me, so they had a replacement.
That was my sign that I needed to hide my power level to 0 at this job. Which is weird, because it's blue collar, 97% male, 70% white., and 25% felons.
Sounds like a niggers running the asylum sort of situation. It's been my experience that places that hire felons always have a bunch of horseshit drama and/or exploit their employees. My advice is to have a goal for the job that doesn't include staying there as a career, and do everything you can conceivably do to avoid getting paired up with any blacks. Good luck I guess.

But it definitely should not be illegal to disallow white nationalists on your site. Just as it should also not be illegal to disallow blacks or women from your site. It’s your site. Property rights and all. At least in a sane world.
