Recycling is such a fuckin scam. It's like a hidden tax on your trash. We never used a recycle bin growing up. We'd just save the cans up for a year and put it towards the family vacation every summer. Works pretty well with a family of ten addicted to soda. These days I just throw aluminum cans in the trash. Fuck the city, they can sort that shit themselves.
