Jordan has also shown probable cause to suggest that Joe was part of the influence peddling to China and Ukraine. Jordan is a few subpoenas short of Biden resigning. Put Hunter and his associates before Congress (or just make it an inevitability), as Jordan has asked, and the president goes away. Joe knows this, which is why he's trying to start another war to distract from these hearings.

Jordan can't subpoena Hunter Biden as in his position on oversight. Any judge would block that. Hunter isn't a part of congressional oversight authority. McCarthy, however, could have subpoenaed Hunter in the scope of the impeachment inquiry, which Jordan's work made possible. McCarthy is gone, in some part, as a result of dragging his heals on Hunter's (and his business associates and clients) subpoena.

That's not true. Congress has oversight authority over the executive branch of government. Hunter is a private citizen. Congress has no authority to haul private citizens suspected of criminal activity before them to testify about certain crimes committed in their private lives.
As Hunter and his Associates have suggested, Biden is the brand, so he could try brining in Joe Biden, but that's not likely to work.
He could haul Weiss and Garland in before them, and he says that he will, but that's just gonna be lots of denials. They won't be caught in lies like Hunter would have to tell in that same setting.
It's gotta be done through the speaker, at the impeachment hearing.
Biden, not the Biden Administration, and that's not under the scope of oversight. It is, however, under the scope of the impeachment inquiry. The speaker can subpoena hunter. The committee chair in oversight cannot.
