Dumbest cop I have ever seen. Guy at any time could have pushed him into traffic. He could have lost the fight and lost his life. He stayed with in striking distance most of the time. He should have got the guy on the other side of the truck away from the road and stayed 6 feet away with tazer ready and made sure his gun was locked loaded and safety off.
