I simply asked the account and got a response while Ghislaine Maxwell is in jail.
Given the name of his location and pictures he posted of the location using the account, it is clear the account owner was actually, physically, in Maxwell Hill.
When asked, he did confirm. At the time, I posted screenshots of this conversation and the astroturfing efforts and kvetching against it told me all I needed to know.
I attempted to further confirm and traced this person's business to a corporation in the Caribbean.
It is pretty clear that the owner of the account is not Ghislaine Maxwell.
The fact that everyone has seen this argument shows how well it was astroturfed.
My impression is that this guy was a pedo with shady ties and all day on the Internet getting money via his corporation registered in the same building with thousands of other corporations.
Other accounts on different platforms of the same name seemed to share pedo oriented material and some of that weird random devil worshipping stuff... glitch horror.
