There are immigrants in Poland from all over the world. The difference is 1: they are not here on a massive scale, 2: the great majority of those who are here came with a visa, applied for a work/residence permission and either stay here and actually do some work, or go to other EU countries, as the wages and social benefits are much higher than in Poland. 3: there are a lot of refugees from Ukraine, but because of big similarities between Poles and Ukrainians (despite big arguments relating to historical tensions between the two nations), we get along rather ok, so far without any big incidents.

Migrants love western separated neighborhoods with as little as possible contact with locals, so they can live like in their origin country... From what I seen this is No1 reason that whole ex-commie Europe is safe, even more than good state politics.
