Very few prosecutors are not wood chipper material.

According to Judge Randles’s order, the prosecution didn’t inform Jessop what he was criminally charged with for 102 days after his initial arrest.

Then, the prosecution engaged in what Judge Randles described as a “14-month-long drip of discovery,” including the “dumping” of 3.5 terabytes of data on the defendant seven months after he was charged.

Prosecutor Hunter continued to ignore his discovery obligations, even after a judge ordered him to comply, Randles said.

The reason why you have to punish the prosecutor is they can aid the dismissal of a case by acting in bad faith intentionally. For example if several of patriot front are feds/contractors and what they had done were actually illegal it would be a good way to get them out. Then we never know if vacated charges is the system being corrected or the system gaming a two tiered justice system by misusing rights of the accused.

If prosecutors were actually punished they might not so easily agree to help stage mistrials.

Some America First Groypers got these PF guys arrested while they were on their way to a protest a bunch of tranny fags that ended up showing their dicks to children at an all ages tranny function supporting drag queen story hours in Idaho. The groyper responsible (I'd have to search for his name but he's popular with the AF crowd) called the cops on these PF guys because, according to him, PF isn't Christian so they shouldn't be the ones to represent the white nationalist movement.

They were on their way to peacefully and legally protest and an AF Groyper called the cops on them. They were illegally arrested to prevent them from showing up to protest and embrassasing the mayor and police chief who were supporting the event. The case was dropped because there was no gray area about what they were doing. The government didn't drop the case. There was no case and the judge threw it out, ya illiterate butt licker.

This sounds like supposedly-overloaded prosecutors around the country. I don't know how often people are released because of it, but it does happen. Prosecutors don't really care. The only consequences for them are political. If their numbers go down, and people notice, that's theoretically bad. But not for a Soros prosecutor. For any prosecutor, unless people are inclined to vote them out, there are no consequences.
