Edit: Got bothered. No results shown on google with the exception of what has been posted in the lasted 20 hours. This may be an issue of google not providing more results and all the recent uploading of this image having been related to the AI scandal.

Beyond rightfully distrusting jews, I'm still going to say it was faked as the image crops out a lot of what can be seen in the dog photo, the baby simultaneously looks like it is clipping into the table and about to fall out of the wrap, whereas the puppy actually fits in the wrap. Likewise the scenario for analyzing the corpse makes no sense, it would be on a sterile structurally sound metal table, not on top of a board which is on top of a folding bench.
Lastly, even if somehow it isn't faked, Hamas isn't being reported to use mass incendiary weapons, Israel is however. Which means the injuries sustained more than likely would have come from Israel's attacks. Furthermore, no proof has been given for what the baby was or where it was found.
