i bought this computer that i'm typing with from best buy 3 years ago. sure i ordered online but the computer arrived without a flaw or even a dent.

seems like your friend is unlucky? crap like that happens. i have had two computers that i bought through amazon that got wrecked in the same week. granted amazon honored the warranty and issued a refund for both computers but retail is not that bad if you know what are you looking for
