It says the Jewish article commissioner pulled strings to have the writers make a SIX PAGE article promoting Bert as the: "The top partyier at the #1 party school in the country." That's a very subjective subject and obviously drinking and taking your shirt off doesn't make you worthy of a six page rolling stones article....clearly this is either a case of nepotism or Bert's rich parents paid for this article promoting Bert to start his media career. Either way it's nepotism and very suspect. Now everyone on the internet has to be afflicted with this annoying "comedians" presence.
