Valdai Speech seems all tolerant and nice, but on the other hand, Putin disagree even with a statement such as “Fighting against the USSR didn’t necessarily make you a Nazi”.
That was in article which appeared in “Politico” on this October 2nd, provoking Russian answer: "not only Ukraine that needs denazification today", because statements like this are supporting "forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance".
