This is to show just how stark the difference is between White workers and poo in the loo indians. I have one White and one indian employee. The White guy is always on time, picks up on fast really fast, gets stuff done on time. Really I can't say i have any complaints with the guy. I also have a very smart intern who is really good at what he does. Both White, and absolutely no complaints on anything.
And then there's the indian guy. This guy introduces bugs on every item he creates, his code and work takes FOREVER to complete, the finished work is of very poor quality and is clearly missing everything from the req, basic crap is completely missing or lost, he asks basic questions which are straight out dumb or were priorly answered by someone else, he constantly undermines management by reiterating stuff they already said.
Indians have this weird thing where they take a message you said and then re iterate it to give more visibility to themselves. It ends up cluttering the messaging system, and makes a lot of people annoyed. Originally we had a plan for this guy, but the quality he pushes out is so poor we are left with either cycling him somewhere else, or giving him easier and easier tasks he can manage.
But even then, we gave him one of the EASIEST tasks in the world. His job was to write window.alert on a button click with a confirm button. Not only did he manage to mess it up, he somehow introduced a NEW bug on top of not following what the task was asking. How do you fuck that up so badly?!
They fuck up everything because they're retarded, and lie about their skills, education and experience. They're literally a worthless people, not just a few.

And I'm sorry friend but the poos are the same in uni. Yet they somehow get passed, along with the blacks who can't read and the women who can't logic.
One of the better system analysts that I ever worked with was black. He was an excellent coder too. But he was the only black I ever worked with IT so presumably the exception. My theory is that there isn't enough to steal in an office so they'd all rather work on the shop floor or in the warehouse. Also most niggers are waaaay too dumb for IT, and they know it.
But every single women I either hired or worked with in IT was fucking useless except for documentation and data entry. There was a couple of chicks that could code and had done really well at college BUT unless you spelled out the program design step-by-step they would get lost in these pointless programming alleyways and couldn't get themselves out. You had to manage every project so closely that you might as well be writing the code yourself.
And coder chicks are weird. This is clearly not a skill set that lends itself to the female temperament.

Several years back we hired a couple of temp office workers to help us through a busy time. I forget the duties but they probably required a level of certification in accounting. They were: a younger, white, hipster-ish dude and an older Indian (curry not pemmican).
After a few weeks we noticed that the single toilet stall in the Mens room often had dirt on the toilet seat. It became clear that someone was standing -- presumably squatting-- on the seat to do their business. We all assumed it was the Indian, of course. The guy was a reasonably good worker but had a really strong accent and generally kept to himself.
Since it was a temp position we headed off getting HR involved by putting a bottle of spray cleaner in the stall and carried on. I mean we were just happy the guy wasn't shitting on the carpet.
As it turned out the white dude's position ended first. On the day he left the dirt on the seat stopped. That fucking hipster was avoiding sitting on the toilet seat by standing on it.
We all learned a valuable lesson about making assumptions and racism that day: Hipsters are fucking disgusting. Worse than curry niggers.
To OP's post, however. Yes, Indian coders are the fucking worst. Not only do they know fuck-all but they point fingers. Laying the blame is the first thing out of their mouths. And they steal, like it's their job. After several bad experiences it became unspoken policy that all applications from curry niggers got shuffled to the bottom of the pile.
Though to be fair the Indian in my story at top was a good employee. Perhaps being older, mid-50s, had something to do with it.
I worked in a place where there were a couple genuinely brilliant Indian coders. They were brilliant enough where you couldn’t conceive how, it was just basically magic. The rest were basically non stop liars who drag out buzz words and clog up meetings so nobody can properly pinpoint what they’re doing properly so it’s hard to point at a specific thing they’re doing wrong in words but their general product is shit and overall contribution is barely above positive.
I’ve got an Indian I work with. He’s really temperamental if you ask for the simplest work / help.
It’s like, maybe I didn’t ask you how you were before asking for something but you WORK HERE. What I’m asking for you IS YOUR JOB. It’s OUR JOB.
He has ZERO ability to figure out something for himself. Absolutely EVERYTHING has to be handed to him unless it’s his long standing ownership item. Zero initiative or maybe even ability to ask around and find out and figure out things on his own.
Just fire him. If you need a white web guy just hire me. I can window alert successfully. If you want the user emailed and texted the alert in addition I can make that happen too. And at no point would I need to ask you how to do something.
Indians really are fucking worthless, and the fact that so many visas are dished out to those losers is infurating. That's why I sit at home and tend to my garden as much as I can.
I'm as of yet undecided as to whether indians or capitalism (megacorporations such as google and microsoft) were the worst thing to happen to the net.
It was definitely everyone getting on the Internet . The only reason Google has any power is morons. Their search product isn't good because they censor it. But if you consoom media and sports, it works fine.
