Because it's far easier to guilt virtue obsessed white people into giving you stuff -- money, concessions, etc etc -- than it is to solve your own problems. And the fact that Jews not just facilitate but actively encourage and promote it makes it even easier. Basically - If i move to a clean, low crime , nice neighborhood , then i too will have those things.
All the time failing to understand , it is the individuals living in the neighborhood that create such things.

Whites create cleaner, more prosperous areas. That generally invites commercial activity. This means several things for niggers. More stuff to do, i.e., more places to go loiter around. Higher end places to rob, and more opportunities to highlight the difference caused by "gentrification" (it doesn't matter if whites were there first anymore), which turns into a race-baiting grift. It isn't as easy to do that in a place where the white folks are also poor, and in general, where the white folks are poorer, they're less inclined to look the other way when niggers get up to their usual shucking and jiving.

Because they can act like niggers in a white neighborhood without getting shot.

I'm old enough to remember Jesse Jackson saying how relieved he was to discover that the group that was approaching him on the street one night turned out to be White.
