Which means when they reboot the economy they'll "control the means of production" and have the power to control any currency they make up after the last one they made up fails.
The best thing about switching from made-up paper money to made-up electronic money is that with made-up electronic money you don't even have to actually print anything. You just press a few keys and 'Tah-daaah, look! More money!' Which is also good for the environment!
