Just make a stencil on a computer printer on overhead projector plastic, cut it out.

Put a piece of cardboard inside the shirt to not only stiffen it to keep fold from zforming, but also it will stretch the fiber a bit to open pores in the fabric.

Then put a thin layer of petroleum jelly on the back of the stencil for 2 reasons: it will both hold it in place as well as prevent any liquid from bleeding into the material with which the substance has made contact.

Add painters tape to the edges of the stencil to keep it in place further.

Then just use fabric paint from a craft store (or even some spray paints will work). Leave the stencil on until the paint has cured.

here is the current version https://i.ibb.co/gtc1Wdv/TRANS-SUICIDE-3.png
I used Candara Bold Italic at 90.0 pt
here is the GIMP file https://files.catbox.moe/ymjwsw.xcf

You need to fix 'trans cultural'. It should all be on one line in the pink box with no
carriage return (enter key). Also you should use padding. The letters should not touch or be close to touching the sides of your image or other graphics in your image. If you were to print it out when you go to cut the paper the padding will help. Otherwise you will end up cutting into the letters. Your font should be smaller. I would use a better font also.

Make temp lines that are the same on the top and sides for the padding so you don't put any text there. then you can line up your text on those lines. Or line the text to the very edge on the left and then select the text and move it using the cursor keys which will be set to move a certain distance. Do the same for each text or line them all up first, select all of the text and move them at the same time.

Good luck!

Edit: you can see the A on the bottom is not aligned to the text above it. Look at the blue space to the left of the C on your first word. Now look at the blue space for the other words. See the difference? They should all have the same blue space. Make sure to increase that blue and pink space around the black text. It will look more professional. You will need to make the font smaller and/or use a different font which I already said should be changed.
