I want to like the idea of a government shut down but somehow they managed to make even that as jewish as possible. They all end up getting back pay. Meaning the vast majority of them get a long term paid vacation in which they could get a temp job waiting tables or doing craigslist gigs and actually have a small financial windfall. And yet all these federal employees will complain and say how much we need to re-open the government if not just for them even if it means accepting whatever the democrats want.

I still like the idea of not receiving all the government I pay for. But giving money to entitled government workers for not working and letting them somehow get away with bitching about it is only going to make them more entitled. And the last thing we need is people in the bureaucracy thinking that the world owes them something.
