Yeah clearly as they are putting both Antifa and PB up to the task. Now, question is how does that benefit the FBI. In theory, they're a law enforcement org, so they go away when the Revolution comes. In a bid for probably survival, they have converted to more of an intelligence apparatus. Which do tend to survive wars and regimes. Since their power is extralegal.
