Can ai translate his speeches into English and mimic his voice?
Like, Uncle Adolf if he spoke a language I understand? That would be pretty great.

Yes it has been done. Not an online service. Gotta do it yourself. The software is available and you provide the audio recordings to use.

Every bit of his speeches were thoroughly planned, it may not carry over into English.

He sounds different in the one or two casual conversations recordings, so the emphasis during speeches was planned as well.
