That's 315.. I've made it too 315 two different times in my life. It's not easy unless you are just built big. At 6 foot 2 and around 185 benching 315 was not easy took a long time. I'm at sets of 205 x10 now need to be 225 x 10 to even think about 315 again.. don't think I will make it unless I get very motivated like Hitler coming back.. lol

Whatever happened to Jingerzilla? Did he get shoah'ed?
