Activist judge should be lynched

[ - ] boekanier 3 points 1.7 yearsSep 27, 2023 04:01:46 ago (+3/-0)

the question: are there still non-activist judges?

Many who think they are impartial conservatives while going on rants about social justice, feminism, anti-semitism, etc in their judgements.

Why? It's common knowledge he inflated his assets for loans, deflated for tax. Maybe he shouldn't have let Allen (((Weisselberg))) run his company.

How fucking stupid are you that you believe a bank is going to listen solely to the borrower to determine the value of collateral for a loan? Or, that an IRS audit would rely solely on Trump to determine how much to pay in taxes?

When you hate Trump so much that you're willing to put reality outside your mind.

Why did he do it then? Take Trumps cock out of your mouth, your posts defending him are embarrassing

He didn't, ya fuckin' ninny.

The judge low balled the number.

The judge said this place, in Southern Florida, home to the former president of the United States, hotel, golf resort, national archive site, and revenues at $25 Million/yr, was worth $18 Million. What kind of stupid fuck could think that's a good evaluation?

Forbes magazine valuated it at $350 Million. That's almost 20 times higher than that dumb assed fuckin judge said. It will be appealed, easily.

This shouldn't be surprising. This is why he was so adamant to not have tax returns released.

[ - ] FreeinTX 2 points 1.7 yearsSep 27, 2023 06:43:49 ago (+2/-0)

Dum dum. The IRS gets his tax returns every fucking year. Trump didn't want to publicly release his returns because it shows that Trump didn't pay a huge tax bills in many years or give all that much to charity.

It has nothing to do with them being legal or not. Trump has been audited for many years. Nothing illegal ever found.

And none of this made one damned bit of difference to the democrats until he decided to run against hillary for president. And won.

If not successfully appealed, the order would strip Trump of his authority to make strategic and financial decisions over some of his key properties in the state.

Don't worry, it will be successfully appealed.
