Many years ago, I was working at a job site. Some sort of chemical spill happened and I ended up with very early on set COPD. Now, the progression of this disease has made no sense lately. I can only assume the grace of God is what's keeping me alive. My FEV1 is close to 28%, HOWEVER my FEV1/FVC is still at 70%. This is made more confusing because my nightime oxygen is above 90%, and my heart rate stays in the 40 - 60 BPM. I have zero impairment in terms of exercise, or endurance, outside general out of shapeness. Is this real COPD or something else? I've heard of necrosis and fibrosis, but it seems weird that a diagnosis of COPD caries none of the base symptoms
Sounds like a serious case of hypochondria. I sure hope you raked it in on the comp claim. Your best bet is to probably dangle from the nearest tree, sooner than later.
This is test of my last visit to pulm, and the numbers are just the raw numbers. He was a specialist in Denver. The doctor confused the crap out of me because he said that I didn't have COPD when i went to the office and than added a diagnosis of Stage 4 COPD to my profile. So the doctor said one thing and wrote another.
Raw number wise, the condition is reversible with albuterol and NaCL sulfate. That 28% number shoots up to 50%+ just from one nebulizer treatment a day. Based of my last test my FRC is 4.5 Liters, FEV1 is 1.01 Liters, and FVC/PEF is 2.06 Liters. With albuterol, the FEV1 is 2.5 Liters, FEV/PEF is closer to 3.5L and FRC is unchanged
Did you have any vaccinations for pneumonia, shingles, or take any new to market medications around the time of that Chemical spill? Multiple vaccine-medications have been quietly taken off the market over the past 25years, and patients who received them were never informed.
Go back and check all your medical records from the year before that chemical spill, and up to when your first unexplained symptoms started.
Our medical system is a joke. I know multiple people who have gone through rigorous medical testing due to some obscure issue. Only for the doctors to say “lol idk, could be anything.”

5 years ago ive seen them sell on alibaba for decent. Or aliexpress if you like overpaying. The oxygen tank is more effective but hard to obtain.
