Making some vino and this shit is too much like work. Lol

For some reason my concord grapes are just this week ready to be picked and I still have a shitload of immature grapes. Still got a bunch more to do (sanitation and the like) but the work will be worth it very soon. Just going to make 5 gallons of wine this year and the rest I'll use to make grape jelly. So good. Same with tomato sauce. Like, why am I doing this again? Oh yeah, I hate the system. But the annoyance of it correlates with tastiness so your wine will probably be pretty good.

Yes. I did that yesterday! Made some super mamma mia spaghetti sauce afterwards. It was about 5 hours start to finish—labor of love.

We usually do 20-30 liters per year(2-3 buckets). Translates to 5-8 gallons for muttmericans.
We didn't have enough grapes this year(very poor harvest) and only did apple wine with various flavours. We have done this for 10 years now.

Yeah, my apple trees are about ready to pick so I'll probably make 5 gallons of hard cider too. I have four 5 gallon jugs so I normally make 20 gallons of whatever and bottle it for gifts to friends and family for the holidays.

I have the set up to make 20 gallons at a time. Usually I'll make that much and bottle it to give to friends and family for the holidays. I make hard cider too most years.
