It's the same in the US. Niggers are 13% but half of that is males, so 6.5% then get the nigger crime age, 14-30 and that is probably half of that, making the stats the same about 3% of the population responsible for nearly all the crime.

And now give me the real numbers, where those who happened to have dual citizenship are counted in and the cases where "2nd/3rd generation" muds are also counted.
