Why are South African blacks especially dangerous?

It seems like the other African nations are more ...civilized...or at least maintain law and order. That twitter account of the SA collapse is pure horror. Is it just because they have Whites to blame and scapegoat? Are SA blacks a different breed?

Southern Africa was invaded by the Bantu tribes (Central African in origin, the type who genocide each other regularly).This is known as the Mfecane, or the great scattering. Basically the worst African warlords invaded the region at around the same time that the Boers were moving north. South Africa has about 13 different indigenous groups within the country, including the above mentioned invaders. They are not all alike, the invaders are much worse.

During apartheid South Africa had a strong border. One of the first things the ANC did was turn off the lethal electric fencing. There are millions of illegal Africans in the country, many from Central Africa. A near total infrastructure collapse has made the country completely lawless.

I think because the standard of living in SA was highest in Africa, the collapse is particularly pronounced. Also demonizing whites on a systemic level has them riled up even more to burn, loot, murder.

I recall seeing data on a few groups in that area with average IQs in the mid 50's, which means there are likely significant swathes of them with IQs that dip into the 40's. There are animals more intelligent and civilized than them. I would love to know what the names of those groups were.
