God hates divorce. God hates it for a reason, it's horrible. It ruins families, can very often ruin a person and I also think it is partially responsible for ruining our country.

And by being the person mediating and facilitating that arrangement, God knows how many times, it's not surprising he has had more than enough of that horrid thing (that God hates) in his life.

It doesn't sound like a subverive video. He even says he's for marriage towards the end. Very encouraging video if anything.

Theres a song , I'd post it but its in spanish ... anyways the song is about a guy asking a woman to marry him and there is a line that if they are still together after a time then it was destiny.

As a legal contract, yes. Entering a contract that affects every fundamental aspect of your life because of an emotional state you're experiencing is the height of foolishness.

He's right about love and marriage being two separate things. I remember how retarded "physically being in love" made me. That wears off after awhile, but conservation of momentum carries us down that primrose path.

A marriage based on love is not necessarily going to be your downfall if a rational component is present in sufficient quantities. (i.e. friendship, compatibility, etc) But if there's not enough to justify the contract after the love fades, look out below.
