Looks more like a northern pike to me based on the single dorsal fin. Hard to tell with the video quality. Really neat either way.

That's definitely a 'cuda. I use to see this all the time. I use to live on a road that was flanked on the east by the Indian River Lagoon and it wasn't uncommon to see an osprey cruising through the air with a fish in its talons. I always liked to imagine what must be going through the fish's head, like one minute you're doing fish shit and the next you're in pain and flying through the air. It's gotta be wild.

Nice. I didn't realize that osprey had such a huge range of habitat. I see them all the time in my neck of the woods snagging trout and salmon. Barracuda not so much haha.

I saw a large one of these in my face once. The water was cloudy so it showed up all in one instance with it's teeth out. Still one of most scared the shit out of me moment'ests of my life.

Happened to me while snorkeling. Chased me out of the water, also another guy. I think it was a mother protecting young.

One of the squirrels in my backyard looks like it survived a tussle with a bird of prey. Fucker's got open wounds and missing fur on both flanks and he's super skittish, even by squirrel standards.
