Most any sporting goods store. You'll have to pay for them though.

Five gallon buckets. Fill them with water. 1 is 41.6 pounds, 4 is 166.4 pounds.

Do you have a Play it Again Sports location in your area. Because you can usually find used weightlifting equipment for real good prices there.

Here in Florida they are a great source of SCUBA diving and fishing equipment at a decent price.

I live in Florida and haven't seen one in twenty years. Last time I was the I bought a set of golf clubs and fifty balls for under $40. I use to really like that store.

The St.Pete and Palm Harbor stores always have a great selection of SCUBA and fishing gear in like new condition for way cheaper then any dive or tackle shop.

Almost free, yard sales, craigslist, Marketplace. Sometimes thrift stores.
