Dude there HUGE is a difference between wiring a live residential outlet, and working on dual-phase / tri-phase high power lines. The street-shitter is working on a lines that service an entire neighbourhood / street.

In the U.S. guys that service live hi-power lines have insulated equipment, clothing, and even vehicles as well.
