A) Draft them in huge numbers (because I don't know if you noticed, but Whypeepoe don't seem to be volunteering for the last couples of years, and it's NOT just in the US.) and,

B) If they don't exercise the "Ukrainian Option", which is to just surrender as soon as the Russians get close.
