The Romans knew 2000 years ago that elected positions were for sale to the highest bidder. It has not changed since. The USA actually added steps to obfuscate/hide this reality. Voting is as much real as the TSA does real airport security. If it mattered they wouldn't let you do it. Don't waste your time on these arguments, it's a dead horse. Anyone who says voting is legitimate is completely braindead or openly lying for ((obvious reasons)). Petitions are an identical process to voting, now think of a time petitioning has actually worked, I'll wait. Rinse your hands of this time waster and put your energy where it matters. -Xantha
