At 2..3 second he does well, he should have jump left though, and not carried a bag like that.
You cannot have some one in a right cross stance holding your right shoulder. Jump left, to mess up their stance, and nut kick.
Or duck under it, over-wrap it with your left arm and grab them by the throat with the left hand, and trip them to the right side - hopefully impale them
Another alternative when right shoulder grabbed is raise your right elbow to protect your face while grabbing their shoulder-grabbing wrist with both hands - then twist your body left, putting your right elbow over their left, and lean your weigh on their locked elbow forcing the down. Then twist hard and fast further left striking them with a back elbow in the temple or jaw knocking them out.
Or do the above - right arm over elbow, and force them low then turn right and drive your knee as hard as your can into their face. A skull can withstand 1900 psi a knee can deliver over 2k lbs of force. The jaw breaks at 300 lbs of force.
There's also the Muay Thai block - left elbow near left side of head - right hand on head right elbow towards attack. Block the right cross. Then right arm raised high elbow slams of the right shoulder grabbing hand turning right. And then left elbow backstrike to the temple
It'd be nice to see someone well trained take him out
