I'm curious, I have a job opening in tech for 6 figures. It's flooded with everything other than White people.

Where the fuck do I find you people? Indeed/LinkedIn is full of shit, craigslist in our podunk down is trash, redballoon.work seems dead, and I don't do social media.

Dealing with recruiters is difficult because they don't like it when I say "I want someone with a name like Bryce, Jonathan, or Bjorn", as a hiring requirement they get uppity. Tell them to filter out the sand niggers and jews and holy shit did things go south.

How can I better filter the applications to support our own?

Just read the names once they are given to you. ...are you fed posting right now?? Are you a fed? It's pretty easy to discern someone's culture based on their full name.

Whites don't seem to apply is the problem. Filtering by name is easy enough, but a few sneaky ones get in.

I'll take the job but can only come in twice a week. I will require 280K per year and six 10 day paid vacays. I will also require a company car. It has to be a nice car. Oh and suit allowance so we will just call that 20K for starters. and access to a lot of burner phones. and a case of Yuengling every week.

Most tech is cucks, a few on the team are rated as such, but I've also got fellow goats. It's a mixed bag at the best of times. Only real benefit is the inflated wages.

If you want to hand pick hirees you'll probably need to do a lot of networking and invite people to apply individually. Find a way to make this worth the extra time - a good network can be valuable in many ways.

Just had my final interview today, had a recruiter thru linkedin. Most jobs I applied for had between 800-2000 candidates, and they were all mid to high level jobs. Pretty shitty.

Whites have been told to get out of the way...shitskins are here to fill the void. Too many companies care about diversity over skills, so those still willing to try fucked off somewhere else.

Try to make the business seem White friendly...not sure how, but some way so intelligent people can understand.
