I mean, it's their frustration with our standards for construction quality and safety and whatnot.

They just want to throw up and crack open a quick sweatshop. Sorry, we aren't an ant colony. We expect better.

I've heard stories about the construction workers up there. It doesn't seem like they're using their best.
I tried to help a man who broke-down using his brothers car, coming from working there.
The car ran dry of oil, he just didn't add any more, engine was toast.
The construction is taking forever by the standards I'm used to seeing.

Also they're having difficulty finding enough qualified fab workers for when it's finished. Japan is ready because one of their fabs burned down.
