Gail, our program director, explained that she has a lot of trouble with her Haitian office staff because they don't understand the concept of sorting numerically. Not just "they don't want to do it" or "it never occurred to them", but after months and months of attempted explanation they don't understand that sorting alphabetically or numerically is even a thing. Not only has this messed up her office work, but it makes dealing with the Haitian bureaucracy - harrowing at the best of times - positively unbearable.

They must have sent their best and brightest abroad.

I can personally vouch for a couple of the things said here. In most African and some Asian cultures, the people are not taught humility and would rather lie or fight than concede any wrongdoing.

I'm not sure you can teach humility, not completely anyway. I think it can be trained out of a person though, which is what most non-Western races do.

The American military already found this out. They hid it of course, but they did some experiments. Turns out that they couldn't use anyone with an IQ of 85 or below. Not even for cannon fodder.

The original number for medical/scientific diagnosis of retardation was an IQ of 85. This is one standard deviation from the norm. It took them more man-hours per man-hour to get shit done than it would take with a non-retard.

In other words, if you are retarded, you cannot function in White civilizations. It just causes more work for those around you who aren't retarded. And I'm not talking about the gifted or geniuses. Just the normal 95-105 IQ folks trying to do a normal job.
