Of course. Those are the first things the Jews cut to siphon more money off the goyem for their nefarious objectives. Schools, police, ems/fire. It’s happened in multiple cities I’ve lived in.

I lived in one city where they cut budgets for the schools but then built a large nigger felon league stadium.
