Ok,first off,counting calories is nice but you have to remember there are other reasons people are fat.

1. Processed foods. Often have chemicals in them that increase fat production,often at the expense of starving vital organs and muscles which leads to still feeling hungry which leads to over eating. They want you fat and in poor health. So what you eat is as important as how much you eat.

2. Allergies. With GMOs,allergies are more common. Eating things you're allergic to can cause your body to swell and make you look fat but it's actually swelling. Get tested for allergies and avoid foods you're allergic to.

3. Chemical imbalances. In addition to making you fat directly,there's a lot of shit that can fuck up your body chemistry and make you fat. So get that checked too.

So as you can see,there's much more to do besides just "eating less" if you want good health and a strong body.
